ชอบดูภาพแบบนี้

สงสัยครับ ทำไมพวกอาคารของฝรั่งมันดูคงทนดีจัง พวกเก่าๆ เป็นร้อยปียังดูใช้ได้อยู่เลย

แต่ทำไมพวกตึก อาคาร บ้านเราแค่ 50 ปี ก็เหมือนจะต้องทุบทิ้งแล้ว ทั้งๆ ที่วิศวะกรรม เมื่อ 50 ปีก่อนน่าจะดีกง่าเมื่อ 100-200 ปีก่อน

ขอบคุณที่นำมาแบ่งปันนะครับ ชอบดูอะไรแบบนี้มากเลย

ของบ้านเราก็ดีนะครับ ผิดที่ ถูกทุบทิ้งไปหมดครับ ไม่เคยเก็บอะไรไว้เลย
เสียดายมากสมัยทุบเฉลิมไทย
โดยแท้ตามหลักผังเมืองทั่วโลกที่เจริญแล้ว เขาจะย้าย ส่วนราชการออกไปนอกเมืองมากๆครับ
เมืองเก่าเขาจะรักษาไว้สภาพนั้นเลย ห้ามดัดแปลงเปลี่ยนอะไรทั้งสิ้น ป้ายโฆษณาก็ไม่ได้ครับ
รู้ไหมทำไหมทำไม? ไทยทำไม่ได้
พื้นที่ กทม ทั้งหมด ต้องแออัดอยู่แบบนี้เพราะ
"ค่าเช่า" ครับ หากย้ายเมืองออกไปเรื่อยๆ เจ้าของที่ดินเหล่านั้นย่อมหาประโยชน์จากที่ดินที่มีอยู่มิได้
ฉนั้น ต้องให้แออัดเขาไว้ ส่วนต่างๆก็ให้อยู่ในนี้ละ
