น่าจะเหลือแค่ที่ไทยมั้งที่เขียนไว้ว่าพระมหากษัตริย์ยังทรงดำรงอยู่ในฐานะอันเป็นที่เคารพสักการะ ผู้ใดจะละเมิดมิได้
ประเทศอื่นๆ ไม่มีคำว่า อยู่ในฐานะอันเป็นที่เคารพสักการะ ส่วนใหญ่จะเขียนในรัฐธรรมนูญว่า ละเมิดมิได้ เท่านั้น ไม่ได้เขียนถึงคำว่า ทรงดำรงอยู่ในฐานะอันเป็นที่เคารพสักการะ

ฉะนั้น อย่าแปลกใจที่กษัติรย์ของเค้าไม่ได้ถูกบังคับให้เคารพสักการะ แถมไม่มีอำนาจ เพราะกฏหมายเค้าไม่เขียนให้เคารพสักการะ แถมเขียนชัดเจนว่าไม่มีอำนาจ กษัตริย์เป็นแค่สัญลักษณ์ของชาติแค่นั้น
