Structure ของ HR บริษัทใหญ่แยกกันชัดเจนครับ
Talent Acquistion/Recruit = หาคน
Payroll/Total Rewards = ทำเงินเดือนและพวก benefits ต่างๆ
Talent Development = พวกเทรนนิ่ง พัฒนาคน
HRIS/HRGS = ทีมที่ดูแลระบบของ HR
HR Business Partner = พวกที่ทำแผนร่วมกับ BU เพื่อหาคนหรือวางแผนคน
ฉะนั้นมันมีหลายฟังค์ชั่นครับ บ.เก่าผมมี HR 14 คน เค้าก็แยกกันแบบด้านบนครับ บริษัทปัจจุบัน 11 คนก็แยกเหมือนด้านบนครับ
