กฏแฮนด์บอลจาก FIFA ครับ
เคยแปลจังหวะตอนมาติเนซกับโซเซียดัดไปรอบนึงละ ขอยกมาอีกรอบ

แต่ส่วนตัวก็ยังงงๆอยู่ เพราะเขียนคลุมเครือมากอันนึงบอลแฮนด์แน่นอน อันนึงบอลไม่แฮนด์

ผมอ่านซ้ำเข้าใจได้ว่า ถ้าโดนแขนเราแบบไม่ได้ตั้งใจ แต่บอลมาจากผู้เล่นฝั่งตัวเองหรือตัวคนทำแฮนด์บอลเอง จะนับว่าฟาล์ว

แต่ถ้าบอลมาจากผู้เล่นคนอื่นที่อยู่ในระยะประชิด จะถือว่าไม่แฮนด์บอล กรณีวันนี้ผมว่าเข้าเคสนี้ เลยไม่ได้ฟาล์ว

Handling the ball

It is an offence if a player: (แฮนด์บอล)

- deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, including moving the hand/arm towards the ball (จงใจใช้แขนสัมผัสลูกบอล)
- scores in the opponents’ goal directly from their hand/arm, even if accidental, including by the goalkeeper (ใช้แขนทำประตูถึงแม้จะไม่ได้ตั้งใจ)
- after the ball has touched their or a team-mate’s hand/arm, even if accidental, immediately: (ถ้าบอลสัมผัสแขนเราหรือเพื่อนร่วมทีมจะแฮนด์บอลก็ต่อเมื่อ)
- scores in the opponents’ goal (เป็นประตู)
- creates a goal-scoring opportunity (เปิดโอกาสทำประตู)
- touches the ball with their hand/arm when: (ถ้าบอลสัมผัสแขนเราจะแฮนด์บอลก็ต่อเมื่อ)
- the hand/arm has made their body unnaturally bigger (ทำให้ตัวใหญ่ขึ้นแบบผิดปกติ)
- the hand/arm is above/beyond their shoulder level (unless the player deliberately plays the ball which then touches their hand/arm) (มือและแขนอยู่เหนือระดับหัวไหล่)

The above offences apply even if the ball touches a player’s hand/arm directly from the head or body (including the foot) of another player who is close. (กรณีข้างต้นจะถือว่าแฮนด์บอลทุกกรณีถึงแม้ว่าบอลจะสัมผัส/แฉลบร่างกายของผู้เล่นคนอื่นที่อยู่ใกล้ๆก็ตาม)

Except for the above offences, it is not an offence if the ball touches a player’s hand/arm: (จะไม่แฮนด์บอลก็ต่อเมื่อ)
- directly from the player’s own head or body (including the foot) (มาจากร่างกายของตัวผู้เล่นเองโดยตรง)
- directly from the head or body (including the foot) of another player who is close (มาจากผู้เล่นคนอื่นๆโดยตรงที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ)
- if the hand/arm is close to the body and does not make the body unnaturally bigger (เก็บแขนเรียบร้อย)
- when a player falls and the hand/arm is between the body and the ground to support the body, but not extended laterally or vertically away from the body (ถ้าผู้เล่นร่วงลงกับพื้นแล้วแขนอยู่ระหว่างลำตัวกับพื้นสนามเพื่อพยุงร่างกาย (ล้มหน้าคว่ำ))

The goalkeeper has the same restrictions on handling the ball as any other
player outside the penalty area. If the goalkeeper handles the ball inside their
penalty area when not permitted to do so, an indirect free kick is awarded but
there is no disciplinary sanction. However, if the offence is playing the ball a
second time (with or without the hand/arm) after a restart before it touches
another player, the goalkeeper must be sanctioned if the offence stops a
promising attack or denies an opponent or the opposing team a goal or an

สำหรับผม ในเขตโทษ ถ้าแขนไม่แนบลำตัวควรแฮนบอลทุกกรณีนะ ลูกนี้ ถ้าไม่โดนมือ บอลก็จัผ่านไปกลางประตูได้

บอลกับมือใกล้กะนผมว่าแปลกๆ แบบนี้คนที่สไลด์หรือสกัดแขนไปบังบอล มันก็ไม่ควรได้ มันต้องดูการกางแขนด้วยว่ามันกางออกไปมากน้อยแค่ไหน ทำให้ตัวใหญ่ขึ้นไหม ถ้าแบบแนบไมิ้งๆมือแล้วไปโดน ผมเข้าใจนะ แต่นี่ยกแขนอยู่อะซิ

ผมว่าจังหวะน่อลได้จุดโทษ 3-2 อ่ะ ไม่น่าได้มากกว่า  

เตะโดนขาเต็มๆ กรณีนี้ก็เห็นได้บ่อยๆ นะ
ยื่นขาเข้าถึงบอลก่อน คู่แข่งตั้งใจมาเตะบอล แต่โดนขาเต็มๆ

จังหวะโดนเตะนะครับ อาน่อลเสียจุดโทษแบบนี้บ่อยมาก ล่าสุดก็กับสเปอร์สเลย ลูกแบบนี้เลย

อันนี้บอกให้กรรมการไปพิจารณาเองอ่ะ ถ้าจังหวะชุลมุน ซึ่งอย่างน้อยโอลิเวอร์ควรไปดูจอเอง ละพิจารณาเอาเอง
