ปกติมากครับ เพราะคนเราหาความก้าวหน้าอยู่แล้ว เช่นถ้าเป็น manager มา 7 ปีไม่ได้โปรโมตซักที ไปสมัครที่ใหม่มันก็ต้องหวังที่สูงขึ้นอยู่แล้วครับ ส่วนตัวผมก็สมัครที่สูงกว่าหลายครั้งนะครับ จาก sr. Consult > Sr. Manager > Asso Director ก็สมัครแบบนี้มาตลอดช่วง 6-7 ปีหลังนี่ครับ
